The City of Grand Forks and the Grand Forks Pipes and Drums hosted this years annual gathering of Southern Interior pipe bands.

In its 29th year, the bands met on Friday night at the Royal Canadian Legion for a jig and hornpipe competition.  On May 5, bands walked through the downtown streets of Grand Forks and then presented a medley at James Donaldson Park.

Next year’s Spring Fling will occur in Kamloops.
